🛠️ SETUP STEPS
1. Choose the Right Location
- Flat, open surface with at least 3–5 meters of clearance on all sides
- Away from power lines, trees, and sharp objects
- For rooftops: ensure the structure supports the weight and wind load
2. Unroll the Balloon
- Lay out the balloon completely flat on the ground
- Avoid rough or sharp surfaces to prevent damage
- Make sure the blower inlet is easily accessible
3. Connect the Blower
- Insert the blower nozzle into the air intake sleeve
- Secure it using built-in straps or cord
- Ensure the power outlet is safe and grounded
4. Inflation
- Turn on the blower
- The balloon will gradually rise and take shape (takes 1–3 minutes)
- Keep hold of the ropes to prevent uncontrolled movement
5. Anchoring
- Use ropes and ground stakes to fix the balloon (at least 3–4 anchor points)
- On hard surfaces, use heavy ballast (sandbags, water jugs, etc.)
- Tension the ropes evenly at ~120° angles for maximum stability
6. Attach Graphics (if applicable)
- If using custom banners or logos, attach them via Velcro, zippers, or elastic loops
- Make sure they’re taut and visible from all sides
⚠️ SAFETY & MAINTENANCE
- Wind: Do not use in strong winds (>30 km/h or 20 mph)
- Rain: Material is usually waterproof, but protect the blower from moisture
- Daily Check: Inspect all anchor points and rope tension
- Deflation: Turn off the blower and carefully fold the balloon without forcing it
⏱️ TIME ESTIMATES
- Full setup: 15–30 minutes (with 2 people)
- Takedown and folding: 10–20 minutes
🔧 TIPS
- Bring extension cords, duct tape, and a plastic sheet to protect the blower
- For nighttime visibility, use LED spotlights aimed at the balloon
- If used for multiple days, check the blower every 12–24 hours
