This place really exists, and it is called the Giant Artistic Lantern Festival – a visual and sensory experience that transforms entire parks into fairy-tale worlds.
A festival that comes from afar
Born in Asia as a traditional celebration of light and spring, the festival has evolved over time, mixing ancient craftsmanship, contemporary design and sustainable technology. Today, the Lantern Festival is a traveling event that crosses continents, captivating adults and children alike.
In 2025, the festival will once again light up Italy – and it will do so in grand style: monumental lanterns up to 10 meters high, handmade by international artists, will animate parks and urban spaces in a thematic itinerary that mixes nature, fantasy, folklore and myth.

Over 300 giant installations: mythological animals, sea creatures, fairytale settings, enchanted castles and surreal landscapes.
6 thematic areas that tell different stories, all linked by a luminous thread.
Live shows every weekend: dance, music, fireworks, street artists.
Food Village with international flavors and sweets inspired by Asian tradition.
Children’s area with entertainment, creative workshops and small lanterns to decorate.
